User Terms of Service

Welcome to Eternally. By creating an account or using our wedding-invitation builder, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the names, photos, messages, and other content you add to your wedding sites. By using Eternally, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and back up that content for the purpose of running the service.

3. Templates and assets

Templates and design assets in the Eternally marketplace are licensed to you for use on your own Eternally wedding sites. You may not redistribute, resell, or repackage them outside of Eternally, and you may not claim them as your own original work.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium templates and features require an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses, premium features may become read-only or be hidden until you renew.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that put the service at risk.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version here and ask you to accept it before continuing to use gated features.
